Eloïse Pelaud

Eloïse Pelaud is an experienced urban planner and project manager currently serving at the State of Geneva, where responsibilities include implementing and revising the Geneva state master plan and representing the Office of Urban Planning in various bodies. Additionally, Eloïse teaches at Sciences Po Lille and has held teaching assistant positions at the University of Geneva. Prior consultancy roles include work with the World Bank on affordable housing in West Africa, the United Nations Capital Development Fund focusing on climate adaptation and local development finance, and consultancy on sustainable urban development since 2013. Eloïse holds multiple degrees from the Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris in International Development Planning and Sustainable Cities.
