Ms. Allison Rangolan is the Chief Technical Director of the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica (EFJ) and Executive Director of the Jamaica Protected Areas Trust (JPAT). She represents the EFJ on the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Small Grants Programme (SGP) National Steering Committee and has served as Vice-Chair since 2015.
