Jeremy O'Neal

Jeremy O'Neal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the defense and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Program Director for Maritime Programs at Scientific Systems since January 2020, Jeremy O'Neal leads innovations in AI-enabled mission autonomy for unmanned vehicles. Previously, as a Program Manager at L3 Technologies, Jeremy O'Neal successfully managed planning and execution of critical development programs in space and airborne systems. Jeremy O'Neal's career also includes significant roles at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, where oversight of military systems development and design was paramount. As the founder of O'Neal Engineering LLC, Jeremy O'Neal demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by specializing in electronic timing equipment for racing events. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest.
