Graham Foster possesses extensive experience in customer experience solutions and software support, currently serving as Chief Architect for Customer Experience Solutions at SCIEX since July 2012. Previous roles at SCIEX include Senior Manager of Global Customer Experience, European Software & Application Support Manager, and Senior Software and Support Specialist. Prior to joining SCIEX, Graham Foster worked at AstraZeneca from April 2008 to June 2012 as a Senior DMPK Scientist, contributing valuable expertise in the field of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics.
