Stavros Amoiras

Stavros Amoiras is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, project management, and consulting. Currently serving as a City Council Member for the Municipality of Xanthi since January 2024, Stavros also holds the position of Business Development Manager at Thinc - Thrace Incubator, where contributions are made to enhance the regional startup ecosystem. As Project Development Manager for the eMT cluster and co-founder of both ena Development Consultants and SciGen Technologies, SA, significant roles in technology and innovation have been established. Additional consultancy work is provided for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Unit of Democritus University of Thrace. With a Master’s degree in Innovation, Technology and Business Management from Democritus University of Thrace and a strong educational background from the University of Macedonia, Stavros has been instrumental in fostering entrepreneurship and development across various sectors.
