Ms. Codio is currently a Recruiting Manager in the staffing industry. She earned her Master of Arts Degree in Theology and Ministry in 2022 and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Ms. Codio also holds a Professional State Licenses in Real Estate and Life Insurance. She is affiliated with the Fuller Theological Seminary Alumni. The Fuller Theological Seminary Black Scholars and the Refuge Cares Non-Profit. Ms. Codio is parent to a son who was diagnosed with Autism in 2021. Since his diagnosis, getting him adequate services and understanding his needs has been challenging. Her experience has found that other parents suffer with little to no direction or guidance after receiving a diagnosis. She would like to be more involved in impacting her community by being able to share what she knows and has learned. Ms. Codio is passionate about being a mom who loves helping. Her passion is her purpose, which is to make an impact in the lives of others. She comes to SCLARC with experience in strategizing, goal setting, forecasting, and planning. She loves public speaking and providing information that can benefit others. Lastly, Ms. Codio is sensitive to the community’s voice and believes their voices should be heard, valued and represented when making decisions.
