David Ogden

David Ogden has extensive experience in business consulting and leadership, currently serving as a business consultant with SCORE Mentors since January 2018, where consulting services are provided to businesses as part of a volunteer group. Previously, David held the position of Mayor of Sugar City from January 2016 to January 2020, overseeing a small community known for its family-oriented and business-friendly atmosphere. Prior to that, David was the President of The Development Company from May 1989 to September 2014, where the focus was on providing federal assistance for public and private infrastructure and business lending. David's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Pacific Coast Banking School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Sacramento.
