Eric Rickey

Eric Rickey is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Pre-Opening at Scorpios since October 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Director of Operations and Business Development at Outpost from June 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included building the Preopening and Food & Beverage Departments from the ground up. Eric also served as the Country Food & Beverage Director for Selina from September 2017 to July 2019, managing a diverse portfolio across multiple countries and contributing to the development of the Global Food & Beverage department. As Co-Founder and Concept/Training Lead at WelcomeBack Hospitality from February 2014 to September 2017, Eric focused on consultation and staff education in the restaurant and bar industry. Eric's career began with service in the US Army as a Squad Leader, where key leadership skills were developed during critical assignments. Education was attained at West Valley College from 2006 to 2009.
