Norma Evans

Norma Evans is an experienced professional in digital transformation and program delivery, currently serving as the Digital Planning, Culture & Practices Director at ScottishPower since November 2024. Previously, Norma held several leadership positions at Insights from August 2017 to November 2024, including Head of Programme Delivery and Head of Change, where responsibilities encompassed managing transformational initiatives and enhancing change management capabilities. Earlier in the career, Norma gained expertise as Programme Manager for Operational Procurement at Penguin Random House UK and held production management roles at DK and Dorling Kindersley Publishing, overseeing significant projects and operational efficiencies. Norma holds a Master of Philosophy in Publishing Studies from the University of Stirling and a Master of Arts in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews.
