Sharon Connon

Sharon Connon is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Relations Consultant at Scottish SPCA since June 2024 and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Fife Gingerbread. Prior to these roles, Sharon held positions such as People Partner at Sigma Connected Group and Senior HR Manager at Hillend Engineering. Previous experience includes roles as People Partner at Bella & Duke, HR Manager at Kanthal® and United Industrial Supplies, HR Officer at Places for People Scotland, HR Advisor at RBS, and HR Business Partner at Scottish Rugby Union. Sharon holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and French from Aston University, complemented by education at Grenoble Ecole de Management and Colchester County High School for Girls.
