Philippe Puschmann

Philippe Puschmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. As the Director of Agile DevOps and Coaching Practice at Avanade since July 2005, Philippe leads the Agility DevOps & Coaching Talent Community, focusing on coaching organizations to adopt Lean Agile approaches and measuring their maturity. Additionally, Philippe serves as a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org, delivering various courses such as Professional Scrum Master and Professional Product Owner. From July 2008 to May 2016, Philippe contributed as a Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP, providing training and coaching on the Azure DevOps Platform while collaborating on improving Scrum processes. Philippe holds an Engineer’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile.
