Nick Cardoso

Nick Cardoso is a seasoned expert in drug formulation and manufacturing with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior CMC/Formulation Consultant at SCxCMC since June 2023, Nick previously held the position of Senior Director of Formulation and Manufacturing at Epizyme, where responsibilities included managing drug product development and leading CMC teams. Prior roles at Flexion Therapeutics involved overseeing clinical manufacturing and expanding commercial capabilities, while earlier experience at Vertex Pharmaceuticals entailed the design and coordination of clinical manufacturing facilities. Nick's foundational knowledge in engineering is supported by a degree from the University of Rhode Island (2001-2005).
