Maxime Chalal

Maxime Chalal is an experienced professional with a strong background in security management and emergency response. Currently serving as Directeur d'agence at SERIS France since January 2024, Maxime has also held the position of Sapeur-pompier at SDIS 78 since November 2010. Prior experience includes roles such as Responsable d'Agence and Responsable d’exploitation at FIDUCIAL SECURITE from June 2013 to January 2024, overseeing a client portfolio and managing a team of over 150 agents across 15 sites in Île-de-France. Responsibilities included quality control of services, implementation of preventive measures, and client-specific requests.
