Felipe Leclerc

Felipe Leclerc is a seasoned drilling professional with extensive experience in technical and operational roles within the offshore drilling industry. Currently serving as Technical Superintendent at Seadrill since July 2022, Felipe focuses on operational efficiency and daily optimizations aboard a 7th generation drillship. Previously, Felipe held positions at ADNOC Drilling as Toolpusher, where responsibilities included managing the Amphion System from January 2017 to August 2022, and worked as Assistant Rig Manager at Pacific Drilling from December 2011 to April 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as Interim Rig Manager and Assistant Drilling Superintendent at Noble Drilling, and starting as Operations Engineer. Felipe's educational background includes dual MBA degrees in Project Management and Oil and Gas Management, complemented by a foundational role in purchasing and logistics at Fundação de Ação Social de Macaé.
