Reynaldo Horbino

Reynaldo Horbino is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in data management and business intelligence across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Information Technology and Systems Department at SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. since February 2018, Reynaldo has previously held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Energy Development Corporation, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of data warehouses and business intelligence systems, as well as managing enterprise database platforms. Reynaldo's career began in 1988 with an internship at Procter and Gamble Philippines, and includes various positions that highlight a strong foundation in database administration, application development, and strategic IT planning. Reynaldo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the University of the Philippines, Diliman Campus.
