Pathik Patel

Pathik Patel, CPA, CFE, is an experienced internal audit professional with a robust background in establishing and managing internal audit functions across various organizations. Currently serving in Internal Audit at SeatGeek since February 2024, Pathik previously held positions including Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Whole Earth Brands and Internal Audit Manager at Ruggable, where an Internal Audit Department was established for a pre-IPO organization, along with the implementation of AuditBoard as a GRC tool. Pathik's earlier roles include Internal Audit Manager at Yext, Senior Internal Auditor at Cabot Corporation, and Investment Operations Associate at Arrowstreet Capital, with foundational experience as an Assurance Associate at PwC. Pathik holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business, completed in 2011.
