Paula Huston is an accomplished writer and educator with extensive experience in creative nonfiction. Since June 2011, Paula has served as faculty at Seattle Pacific University, teaching in the low-residency Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing Program. Paula has also been a faculty member at the Glen Workshop since July 1997, where instruction focuses on the intersection of art and faith. As a self-employed writer since January 1980, Paula has authored several influential works, including "Daughters of Song" and "Simplifying the Soul," while also contributing to spiritual nonfiction for Catholic publishers. Paula holds a Master's Degree in English and a Bachelor's Degree from Cal Poly, as well as a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from the California State University Consortium.
