Andrea Gough is a seasoned librarian with extensive experience in managing educational programs and services within public library systems. Since January 2013, Andrea has been employed at The Seattle Public Library, where responsibilities include conceptualizing learning frameworks, managing project timelines, developing partnerships with external and internal instructors, and evaluating program effectiveness with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior roles include providing branch services at Pierce County Library System, where Andrea engaged diverse communities, and serving as a Bonderman Travel Fellow at the University of Washington, which involved extensive travel and skill development. Andrea's earlier experience includes budgeting and acquisition roles at Loyola University Chicago and program coordination at Dickinson College. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Dickinson College.
