Hilary L. Lichterman

Hilary L. Lichterman, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Housing & Residence Life at Seattle University, where responsibilities include co-leading the design and evaluation of learning and development programs. Lichterman has extensive experience in higher education, previously holding various leadership roles at the University of South Carolina and the University of Missouri, focusing on residence life and student development initiatives. As a faculty member and co-chair for the ACPA—College Student Educators International, Lichterman is involved in advancing curricular approaches to learning and development and has contributed significantly to program development and assessment. Lichterman holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina, a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University.
