Jenny Toro Sanchez has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. JENNY started their career in 2001 as an Analyst of Human Resources at ExxonMobil, where they worked until 2003. JENNY then moved on to Porvenir, where they worked as an Analyst of Human Resources for a year. In 2006, Jenny joined Brinsa S.A. and held roles as Jefe de Compensación and later as Gerente de Gestión Humana until 2013. JENNY then worked at Brigard & Urrutia as the Director of Human Resources Management for a brief period in 2014. Jenny's longest tenure was at Crown Holdings, Inc., where they worked as a Human Talent Manager from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Groupe SEB and also serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the North American branch.
Jenny Toro Sanchez has a diverse education history. JENNY completed a Global MBA from Tulane University in 2017 and also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Universidad ICESI in 2016. Jenny further enhanced their skills by completing a Diplomado in Presentaciones de alto impacto from CESA in 2012 and Coaching con programación neurolingüística from Selectos in 2010. Additionally, they hold an Especialista en Gerencia de Recursos Humanos degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Jenny also has a Bachelor's degree in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad EAFIT, which they acquired from 1995 to 2001. In terms of certifications, Jenny completed a Ontological Coach program from Newfield Network in 2017, and they are currently pursuing a Leadership Coaching certificate from the Institute for Generative Leadership. Furthermore, they plan to obtain a Master's degree in Positive Psychology with a specialization in happiness studies from Centenary University from 2023 to 2025.
