The Operations team at Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana is responsible for the efficient and effective execution of food distribution programs, ensuring that millions of pounds of food reach those in need across 23 parishes. Key members manage business processes, community relations, information technology, human resources, and finance, all under the leadership of the VP & Chief Operating Officer. This team plays a critical role in coordinating with community partners and optimizing internal systems to combat hunger and support disaster response efforts.
