Marco Giannotta

Marco Giannotta is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Group Food & Beverage Manager at Second Home since May 2022, overseeing operations across four sites in London. Since January 2017, Marco has operated as the Director and Restaurateur of Kitchen by Marco, where responsibilities include establishing a new Italian bistro and managing daily operations alongside staff, while developing and executing comprehensive business plans. Previous experience includes serving as F&B Manager at Hotel Lemi and La Fortezza from September 2014 to November 2016, where Marco managed a team of over 30 employees and collaborated with senior management to enhance customer service strategies. Earlier roles include Restaurateur at Marco’s of Hayes and F&B Manager at My Time Active, with education completed at Hurstmere School between 1997 and 2004.
