Stefan Oduro

Stefan Oduro, SHRM-CP®, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently a Human Resources Generalist at Second Nature since July 2022, Stefan has previously held similar positions at FilterEasy, CRM Residential, and VMAXX LLC. Earlier in the career, Stefan served as an HR Business Partner at E&B Construction and Supplies Ltd., and worked as an Internal Consultant focusing on Employee Engagement at AngloGold Ashanti. Stefan holds an HR Analytics degree from Cornell University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Ghana. Early education was completed at Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School.
