Elsa Bourget

Elsa Bourget is a highly experienced Child Protection and Education Technical Advisor currently working with Secours Islamique France since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing Child Safeguarding Policy, Child Wellbeing Strategy, and providing technical support to various missions across multiple regions. Prior roles include Child Protection Officer at UNICEF DRC, managing a project on identity rights and birth registration, and Project Officer at UNICEF, contributing to child protection systems in emergency settings. Earlier positions involved child protection initiatives at the French Embassy in Haiti and project management in humanitarian aid. Elsa holds a Master's Degree in International Human Rights Law and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs.
