Kevin Michael Smith

Kevin Michael Smith, ACS, ALU, currently serves as the Director of Policy Contract and Client Administration at Securian Canada since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Director of Operations at Specialty Life Insurance from October 2020 to January 2024. Kevin's experience extends back to roles such as Business Development Manager at Manulife, Assistant Manager of Underwriting at Combined Insurance United States, and Manager of Member Services at Novus Health. Kevin also worked at Manulife Financial in various bilingual supervisory roles from 2009 to 2014 and started a career in customer service and training at Fido between 2003 and 2007. Kevin holds a degree in Communication, Social Sciences from Dawson College.
