Glenn Mason

Glenn Mason is an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Seda International Packaging Group since October 2024. Previously, Glenn held the position of Global Head of Operational Excellence at Survitec Group Ltd., focusing on the development and implementation of operational standards across multiple regions. Other notable roles include Head of Supply Chain Continuous Improvement at Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology, where Glenn provided leadership in continuous improvement initiatives, and various senior management consultancy roles at Spitfire. Glenn's earlier experience includes operations management at Molson Coors Brewery and leadership positions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, where skills in production processes and team leadership were honed.
