Katey Bey

Katey Bey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Sedgwick, Katey has held key positions including Director of Total Rewards at Encore and Senior Manager of Total Rewards at ATI Physical Therapy. Additionally, Katey has accumulated valuable expertise as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc., and as a Benefits Manager and Benefit Analyst at Hillshire Brands (formerly known as Sara Lee). Katey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
