Ramón Martín

Ramón Martín is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Express (Hangzhou) Technology Service Company Limited since January 2022. As the Founder and CEO of META4 since March 2017, Ramón has also held various prominent roles, including Member of the Advisory Board at IE Business School, Startup Mentor at SeedRocket, and Co-Founder of both TAL3NTUM and Sales Innovation School. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Advisor at Deloitte and Coaching Practice Leader at Amrop Seeliger y Conde. Ramón was a Governor at the World Economic Forum and Global Head of Merchant Sales and Solutions at Visa. Educational qualifications include a Columbia Coaching Certification, an Executive MBA from IE Business School, and an engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by management training at Harvard University.
