Maria Egan

Maria Egan currently serves as the Global Head of Music & Events at Riot Games, where responsibilities include spearheading global music content and managing music strategy and partnerships. Egan also holds a board member position at Seeker Music. Previously, Egan was the Chief Music Officer at Splice, overseeing Creative A&R and brand marketing while chairing the company's first DEI Council. As a co-founder of Reboot, Egan implemented initiatives supporting underrepresented creators within the music industry. Egan's past roles include President/Head of Creative at Pulse Music Group, Vice President A&R at Columbia Records, and Artist Manager at Nettwerk Management, with a history of signing and developing Grammy-winning talent. Egan's educational background includes attendance at Sutton High School in the UK.
