Margarita Feigin

Margarita Feigin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel at Seeking Alpha since June 2021, Margarita previously held the position of Legal Counsel at Caesarstone Ltd. from 2016 to June 2021, where advice was provided to management, the board, and shareholders under Israeli and U.S. law. Prior to that, Margarita was Legal Counsel at Lumenis from 2013 to 2016, leading the legal aspects of the company's NASDAQ IPO and advising on corporate governance and securities regulations. Margarita began the legal career as an Associate at Yigal Arnon & Co. from 2007 to 2011, representing publicly traded corporations, technology firms, and venture capital funds, and handling various corporate transactions. Margarita holds a Master’s Degree from New York University School of Law (2011-2012) and an LLB, magna cum laude, from Bar-Ilan University (2004-2007).
