Muhtaza Aziziya Syafiq

Muhtaza Aziziya Syafiq is a professional with extensive experience in change management and process excellence at Segari since December 2020. Muhtaza serves as Chief Advisor and Vice Chief of Asosiasi Peneliti Muda Indonesia, an organization focused on research initiatives. Previous roles include Unit Head of Quality Control Improvement at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk in late 2020, and educational achievements include scholarships from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Indonesia and ConocoPhillips. Muhtaza earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Sriwijaya in 2019, during which various research endeavors were conducted, including presentations at national seminars. Guest speaker engagements at multiple institutions reflect strong expertise in the field.
