Steve Donovan

Steve Donovan is an experienced professional in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Technical UK at Segen since December 2020. Previous roles include Technical Support Manager and Technical Support Engineer at Segen, as well as Technical Support Engineer at JLA Ltd from April 2004 to October 2020, and Service Manager at Crosslee plc from October 1998 to April 2004, where responsibilities included managing Parts Sales and Customer Service departments. Steve also worked as a Manufacturing Design Engineer at Crosslee plc, focusing on the design of jigs, fixtures, and specialist tooling, along with the introduction of new production processes and equipment.
