Sue Clayton

Sue Clayton is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at SEGRO plc and Helical Plc, Sue has also held significant positions such as Chair of the Valuation Committee and member of various board committees. As a board member of Federated Hermes Property Unit Trust, Sue contributes to management of a £1bn asset portfolio. Sue has previously chaired Barwood Property Fund and served as a Director at Real Estate Balance, where the role included co-founding and mentoring. With a background at CBRE UK as Chair of the Women’s Network and Executive Director, Sue has a strong focus on talent development in the industry. Sue's notable past roles include Managing Director at Insignia Richard Ellis and one of the equity partners at Richard Ellis. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading.
