Paul Guest

Paul Guest is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and process engineering across multiple companies. Paul has held significant roles at SEGULA Technologies as a Process Engineer for EV Battery Assembly since January 2025, and previously served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at POLYTEC GROUP from December 2019 to January 2025. Paul’s earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Production Engineer and Production Engineer at Renishaw, where responsibilities included supervising development technicians, supporting the Additive Manufacturing machine, and conducting mechanical and electrical testing. Paul began the professional journey at Sandvik Coromant and Alstom Power, specializing in fixture design, process improvements, and CAD modeling. Paul holds a degree from the University of Staffordshire, completed between 2000 and 2003.
