Jimmy Cao

Jimmy Cao, GPHR, currently serves as the Head of Americas HR & Admin at Segway since July 2022. Previously, Jimmy was the Global Commercial HRBP Manager at ECOVACS ROBOTICS from August 2021 to June 2022 and held the position of HRBP and Incentive & Rewards Manager at Trina Solar from December 2016 to July 2021, overseeing support in recruitment, organizational development, training, employee relations, and incentive structures across seven global regions. Prior to this, Jimmy worked as a Senior Recruiter at Boston-Power and as a Recruiter at YUDO (China) Holdings. Jimmy began a career in human resources as a Management Trainee at Springland International Holdings Ltd. Educationally, Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Social Security from Soochow University, obtained in 2010.
