Bill Callahan

Bill Callahan is a seasoned real estate and facilities professional with extensive experience in both educational and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Director of Workplace Experience at Seismic since October 2021, Bill has also held various leadership roles within the Town of North Andover, including Member of the Community Preservation Committee and Chairperson of the Finance Committee from 2014 to 2017. Previously, Bill worked at Oracle as Director of Boston Area Real Estate and Facilities and held senior management positions at NetSuite and Eze Software Group. Bill's career began in education, teaching social studies at Yorktown Central School District and later at Brookline High School. Bill holds an AB in History-Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College and an Ed.M. in Education from Harvard University.
