Carol Jeffries

Carol Jeffries has extensive experience in labor representation and administration. Since November 2011, Carol has served as the DLC 701 President at SEIU Local 1000, advocating for state employees. In addition to this role, Carol has been working at Caltrans as an Administrator since March 1985. Carol furthered education at the National Labor College between 2012 and 2013, enhancing skills in labor relations and advocacy.
