Bilal Shah

Bilal Shah currently serves as the Director of Finance at SEIU Local 521 since July 2023. Prior to this role, Bilal was the Director of Accounting at the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation from November 2022 to June 2024, and has held significant positions including VP of Finance and Asset Management, as well as Director of Finance at HomeRise from February to December 2022.
