Chad Adams

Chad Adams is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in maintenance and project engineering. Currently serving as a Maintenance Leader and Project Engineer at Sekisui Specialty Chemicals since November 2018, Chad Adams ensures safe operating conditions and delivers capital projects on time and within budget. Prior roles include Reliability and Mechanical Integrity Engineer, where Chad Adams specialized in fixed and rotating equipment and implemented mechanical integrity programs. Previously, Chad Adams worked as an Outside Sales Engineer at Tri-State Valve & Instrument, focusing on sizing valves and troubleshooting process issues. In addition, Chad Adams gained valuable experience as a Maintenance Engineering Intern at Wacker Chemical Corporation, supporting a LEAN Six Sigma project to enhance the reliability of reactor systems. Chad Adams holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and graduated with honors from Ballard Memorial High School.
