Ann Lentell

Ann Lentell, CFA, AFC®, CFP®, currently serves as a Committee Member on the Net Zero Committee for the Town of Natick and as a Board Member for both Natick Community Organic Farm and the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education® (AFCPE®). With extensive experience in strategic advisement, Ann held several leadership roles at Compass Working Capital, including Strategic Advisor to the CEO, Chief Program Officer, Director of Programs, and Program Manager, contributing significantly to organizational expansion and revenue growth. Ann's prior roles include positions at Citadel LLC, Jefferies, Morningstar, and The Nielsen Company, where expertise in equity analysis and financial advising was demonstrated. Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Thought and Analysis with a focus on Russian from Washington University in St. Louis.
