Rafal Mroczka has extensive experience in digital marketing and project management, currently serving as the Head of Global Digital Marketing at Selena since May 2015. Prior to Selena, Rafal worked as a Key Account Manager Assistant at Zott Polska Sp. z o.o. from May 2013 to September 2014. Rafal's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Management from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the same institution, along with educational experience at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
