Steve Frank

Steve Frank is a seasoned professional in the finance and mortgage servicing industry, currently serving as the Director of Escrow at Selene Finance LP since November 2024. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at Mr. Cooper from August 2015 to November 2024, including AVP - Escrow, Tax/MI, and Correspondent White Glove, where responsibilities encompassed escrow and customer correspondence management. At Springleaf Financial Services from February 2011 to July 2015, Steve managed a substantial sub-serviced portfolio and led a team in transaction resolution and compliance. Earlier experience includes supervising collections at American General Finance, where Steve oversaw a large team and ensured regulatory compliance. Steve is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana.
