Jennifer Ryan

Jennifer Ryan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner for International operations at Self Help Africa since January 2021, Jennifer also covered the Human Resources Business Partner role for Ireland and the United Kingdom during a maternity leave. Previous experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at EFG Inflight Ltd and Zest! At Ltd, and Manager of Human Resources at DAMAC Hotels & Resorts. Jennifer's career began at Clarion Hotel as Regional Human Resources Manager, followed by roles at Dalata Hotel Group, where responsibilities included Cluster Human Resources Manager and Group Training and Development Manager. Educational qualifications include an MA in Development from the University of Limerick and a National Diploma in Personnel & Development from the National College of Ireland, as well as a certificate in Hotel & Catering Management from Fáilte Ireland.
