Philip owns and operates 14 self-storage facilities through Next Door Storage and has founded multiple innovative companies, including CallPotential.com, which enhances lead management for storage managers. Previously, Philip held leadership roles such as Past President of the Illinois Self Storage Association and was a founding member of the Board of Directors for LOVESPACE. With a solid background in project management and consulting from organizations like Oracle and Capgemini Consulting, Philip brings extensive expertise in construction, operations, and strategic business development across various sectors. Philip earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
