Iker Castaños Chavarri

Iker Castaños Chavarri is a Systems Engineer at Semantic Systems since June 2013, specializing in the design, implementation, and management of large drive systems for critical server and communication infrastructures. Prior experience includes serving as an Operative and Commercial Manager at BBVA from June 2008 to May 2013 and conducting IT training for a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 course at C2B in May 2016. Iker has contributed to academia as a speaker at the XIII Engineering Conference at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Caldas and has held multiple lecturer and trainer positions at various institutions, focusing on GNU/Linux systems and supercomputing. Iker holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and a B.D. in Business Economy from the University of the Basque Country and has pursued further education in business management and parallel programming.
