Gerald Sim

Gerald Sim is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and sustainable projects. Currently serving as Vice President at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since September 2023, Gerald previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Pentagreen Capital, where responsibilities included catalytic financing for sustainable infrastructure initiatives across Southeast Asia. Prior to that, Gerald worked at HSBC as Associate Director in the Infrastructure and Real Estate Group, providing financial advisory and debt arranging services in the Asia Pacific region. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, focusing on business valuation and project finance. Gerald holds a BBM and BAcc in Finance and Accounting from Singapore Management University, graduated in 2006.
