Jianxin Zhao

Jianxin Zhao currently serves as a Senior Executive in Urban Sustainability and Innovation at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jianxin was a Manager and ESG Investment Analyst at UOB Asset Management from June 2023 to September 2024 and held a position as a Sustainable Finance Intern at WWF-Singapore for a brief period in late 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Global Structuring Transfer Pricing Senior Associate at PwC Singapore from November 2020 to July 2022 and as an Impact Investing Intern at Blue7 Pte Ltd for a short stint in late 2020. Jianxin holds a Master of Science in Sustainable and Green Finance from the National University of Singapore (August 2022 - August 2023) and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a Second Major in Finance from Singapore Management University (2016 - 2020). Additional educational experiences include an International Exchange Programme at the University of Mannheim in 2019 and foundational studies at National Junior College and Ngee Ann Secondary School.
