William J. Goss

Bill Goss has over 40 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry and is now a strategic advisor, investor, and Board member.

From 2001 – 2009, he was a Managing Director with Cain Brothers, a health care services investment banking and advisory firm, assisting companies with capital transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and other strategic initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Goss had been Senior Vice-President of Strategy & Corporate Development for Value Health and was also Manager of Healthcare Programs for General Electric. Previously, Mr. Goss held CEO, COO, and CFO positions in health maintenance organizations.

In 2014, Bill joined with several other senior healthcare executives in forming Guidon Partners which co-invests with private equity sponsors and helps develop growth-oriented healthcare companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Duly Health and Care, a 1,000 plus multispecialty physician group practice operating in four states in the Midwest. He has been a guest Lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Yale University.

Mr. Goss holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of South Florida.
