Chad McCarl

Chad McCarl, SPHR, serves as the Manager of Employee Relations at Seminole Electric Cooperative since August 2009, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles as Director of Human Resources at CEMEX and Human Resources Manager at both Rinker Materials Corporation and Target. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University - College of Business between 1988 and 1992, Chad has a strong foundation in business management that complements a robust career in employee relations and human resources.
