Whit Courtenay

Whit Courtenay has over 45 years of experience in the real estate and automotive parts distribution industries. Currently serving as a Professional Realtor for Semonin Realtors since 2005, Whit specializes in both residential and commercial properties. Prior to this role, Whit was the President and Owner of Fulton Conway Co, an automotive parts warehouse distributor, from 1975 to 2005. Whit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Business, and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, completed between 1972 and 1975.
